Role: OFSAA Transaction Monitoring (TM) Developer
Location: Mount Laurel, NJ
Contract
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced OFSAA Transaction Monitoring (TM) Developer to design, develop, enhance, and support Oracle OFSAA FCCM Transaction Monitoring solutions for enterprise Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Financial Crime Compliance initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with OFSAA TM, FCCM, Oracle PL/SQL, ETL processes, and large-scale banking data environments.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain Oracle OFSAA FCCM Transaction Monitoring solutions.
  • Configure and implement Transaction Monitoring scenarios, Entity Resolution (ER), alert generation, lookbacks, and reconciliation processes.
  • Develop and optimize Oracle PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and complex SQL queries.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot OFSAA batch processing, ETL/IETL workflows, and data quality issues.
  • Design and support AutoSys job scheduling, dependencies, restartability, and recovery processes.
  • Perform root-cause analysis for production incidents and implement permanent fixes.
  • Collaborate with AML Compliance, Business Analysts, Data Engineering, and Risk teams to deliver regulatory requirements.
  • Create technical design documents, runbooks, deployment plans, and support documentation.
  • Support OFSAA upgrades, patches, cloud migration initiatives, and platform modernization efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with SDLC, audit, regulatory, and model risk management requirements
