Positional Overview
Imagine Staffing is recruiting Financial Service Representatives for our client, an international transportation organization. This role is essential to maintaining accurate financial operations and supporting high-volume transaction processing across customer service and violations processing centers.
The Financial Service Representative will be responsible for reconciling and monitoring financial transactions, supporting payment and refund processing, resolving customer account inquiries, and assisting with month-end financial reporting and analysis. We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can contribute to accurate financial recordkeeping, operational efficiency, and an exceptional customer experience.
Role & Responsibility:

  • Reconcile and monitor financial transactions, payments, and customer account activity to ensure accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
  • Process customer payments, refunds, and financial transactions while researching and resolving discrepancies, chargebacks, and returned payments as needed.
  • Review and support financial documentation, including expense processing, payment activity, and month-end reporting functions.
  • Respond to customer account inquiries, open cases for additional research, and provide timely updates and issue resolution.
  • Maintain accurate transaction and account records while ensuring confidentiality and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve account and payment-related issues and support overall back-office operations.
  • Perform additional administrative and financial support duties as assigned.
