Job description

About Rivian

Rivian is on a mission to keep the world adventurous forever. This goes for the emissions-free Electric Adventure Vehicles we build, and the curious, courageous souls we seek to attract.

As a company, we constantly challenge what’s possible, never simply accepting what has always been done. We reframe old problems, seek new solutions and operate comfortably in areas that are unknown. Our backgrounds are diverse, but our team shares a love of the outdoors and a desire to protect it for future generations.

Role Summary

Rivian is building one of the most reliable, high-performance fast charging networks in the country, the Rivian Adventure Network (RAN). As an Associate on the Transaction Management team, you will play a critical role in advancing site deals across your region, ensuring projects move from initial alignment through execution with speed and precision.

This role partners closely with the Regional Manager, focusing on deal execution, organization, and cross-functional coordination. You will help translate pipeline into progress by keeping transactions on track, stakeholders aligned, and details tightly managed.

The Rivian Adventure Network is more than infrastructure, it’s a critical part of the ownership experience and a key driver of EV adoption.

In this role, your ability to bring structure, clarity, and momentum to each deal will directly impact how quickly and effectively charging sites are delivered. You are a key force behind turning strategy into reality.

Responsibilities
Drive Transaction Execution
  • Support the Regional Manager in advancing site deals from LOI through lease execution
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to maintain deal velocity and hit key milestones
  • Track critical dates, approvals, and dependencies across multiple active transactions
Manage Deal Process & Documentation
  • Prepare, organize, and manage transaction documents including LOIs, leases, easements, and amendments
  • Partner closely with Legal to facilitate redlines and ensure alignment across all parties
  • Maintain clean, accurate, and accessible records for all deal-related materials
Own Pipeline Tracking & Visibility
  • Maintain a dynamic, highly organized tracker of sites, partnerships, and deal status within the region
  • Ensure real-time accuracy of pipeline data to support reporting, forecasting, and approvals
  • Provide clear visibility into deal progress, risks, and timing
Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Partner closely with GTM, Business Development, Design, Engineering (EOR), Construction, Legal, Finance, and Operations to ensure alignment from site acquisition through delivery as well as programmatic improvements and partnerships.
  • Help gather and organize inputs required for deal approvals and project progression
  • Support smooth handoffs from transaction execution into development and delivery
Support Partner & Stakeholder Communication
  • Act as a day-to-day point of contact for landlords and partners throughout the transaction process
  • Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and information requests
  • Ensure a responsive and professional experience for all external stakeholders
Identify Risks & Maintain Momentum
  • Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and gaps across transactions
  • Follow up persistently  to resolve open items and keep deals moving forward
  • Partner with the Regional Manager to problem-solve and drive alignment
Execute with Discipline
  • Operate with strong attention to detail and accountability across all transactions
  • Manage multiple deals simultaneously without losing clarity or control
  • Bring structure and organization to a fast-moving, evolving pipeline

Qualifications
  • 3-6 years of experience in real estate transactions, deal coordination, paralegal work, or related fields
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with high attention to detail
  • Experience managing multiple deals or projects simultaneously
  • Familiarity with commercial real estate documents (leases, easements, LOIs) preferred
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate across diverse stakeholders
