We do so by delivering a best-in-class digital solution that helps clients manage their liquidity movements, foreign exchange and payments enabling international treasury operations and commerce.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Digital SalesForce & Coverage Tooling Product Manager - Associate to join our Transaction Banking division, focused on delivering innovative coverage tooling capabilities for our corporate clients. In this role, you will assist in managing the development and optimization of digital features that enable TxB's Coverage team to seamlessly manage their clients' needs, revenue, and pipeline forecasting.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, operations, and client-facing teams to enhance user experiences and deliver efficient, secure, and scalable digital solutions. 

Responsibilities:

  • Define product requirements for SalesForce web features, based on user feedback and corporate needs. 
  • Document clear user stories and acceptance criteria to collaborate, direct, and inform Design and Engineering resources
  • Support in creating and maintaining a detailed product roadmap that aligns with broader business goals.
  • Develop strong rigorous test cases that cover positive and negative scenarios based on knowledge from user feedback, procedures and system behavior
  • Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and prioritization of features to ensure timely delivery of enhancements. 
  • Collaborate with the UX design team to ensure digital solutions meet the high usability and accessibility standards for corporate clients. 
  • Present complex ideas and processes in easy to consume presentations to gain stakeholder alignment and drive initiatives forward 
  • Analyze user behavior, feedback, and data to continuously refine and enhance product features. 
  • Work with sales, relationship managers, and support teams to gather insights on client needs and pain points. 
  • Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure product features are delivered on time and meet quality standards 
  • Manage inter-team and technology dependencies to mitigate project and product risks
  • Develop and nurture collaborative working relationships with key internal partners including business teams, various product teams, legal and compliance, and enterprise technology organizations.

Qualifications: 

Experience:

  • At least 3 years of experience, as a digital product manager, business analyst, or directly related experience 

  • Knowledge and deep understanding of SalesForce

  • Preferred at least 2 years of experience working with transaction banking products

Technical Skills: 

  • Understanding of Agile product development methodologies

  • Basic knowledge of UX/UI principles and how they apply to digital product design

  • Proficiency in using product management tools, e.g., Jira, Confluence

  • Ability to understand complex data models and perform data analysis 

Soft Skills

  • Detail-oriented nature with strong problem-solving ability 

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively with diverse teams
  • Proven track record in balancing corporate customers outcomes, business needs and technical feasibility, and delivery
  • Success in navigating corporate environments and startups
  • Comfortable in the fast lane: Experience with driving rapid team and product growth 
  • Mission Driven: Must be a strong believer in the team and mission
