Summary
Cactus & Keys Group is seeking a motivated Associate Broker/Realtor to join our team in Las Cruces, New Mexico. This opportunity is ideal for a client-focused real estate professional who is passionate about helping buyers and sellers achieve their property goals while building lasting relationships in the local market. The successful candidate will represent the Cactus & Keys Group brand with professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional real estate experience.
Responsibilities
  • Represent buyers and sellers throughout the real estate transaction process, providing knowledgeable guidance and exceptional client service.
  • Conduct property showings, consultations, market analyses, and listing presentations to support client goals.
  • Develop and execute effective marketing strategies for listings, including online promotion, open houses, and networking activities.
  • Prepare, review, and manage contracts, disclosures, offers, and other transaction documents in compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
  • Negotiate purchase agreements, listing terms, repairs, and other transaction details on behalf of clients.
  • Coordinate with lenders, inspectors, appraisers, title companies, attorneys, and other professionals to facilitate timely closings.
  • Maintain accurate client and transaction records while building referral relationships and contributing to the growth of Cactus & Keys Group.
Qualifications
  • Active New Mexico real estate broker's license or eligibility to obtain one(Scholarship Opportunity)
  • Proven experience in residential real estate sales, leasing, or a related field preferred
  • Strong knowledge of the Las Cruces real estate market and surrounding communities preferred
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple transactions and deadlines
  • Proficiency with real estate technology, customer relationship management systems, and standard office software
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and compliance
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the Cactus & Keys Group team
  • Professional demeanor, ethical judgment, and commitment to confidentiality
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel locally for showings, inspections, and client meetings
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
  • Ability to meet applicable licensing, continuing education, and regulatory requirements
  • Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus
