Qualified candidate will have a 3-5 years of experience in Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity.

Qualified candidates will have preferably managed a significant number of middle-market M&A and Private Equity transactions, and be experienced in drafting and negotiating ancillary transaction documents and managing diligence and deal teams throughout the transaction process.
