Job description

The Administrative Data Transactions Coordinator provides administrative and data transaction support by accurately entering and maintaining employee and operational data in Oracle and ADP systems. Ensures data integrity, supports routine processes, and contributes to efficient day-to-day operations. This role offers an excellent foundation for growth into HR operations, payroll, systems administration, or broader administrative and business support roles.  This role supports the North America teams and will work a shift starting at 5PM or later, local time. 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and maintain employee and transactional data in Oracle and ADP systems with a high level of accuracy  
  • Process routine transactions such as new hires, status changes, terminations, pay updates, and organizational changes 
  • Review submitted data for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with internal procedures 
  • Perform regular audits and data validation checks to ensure system integrity 
  • Research and resolve basic data discrepancies or errors in a timely manner 
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive employee and business data 
  • Support reporting by pulling standard data extracts from Oracle and ADP 
  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and other internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processing  
  • Follow established workflows, documentation, and service level expectations 
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Ability to navigate and learn new systems quickly
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to handle repetitive tasks while maintaining high quality
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills (English Proficiency B2)

Preferred:

  • Exposure to Oracle, ADP, or other HRIS/payroll systems
  • Prior administrative, HR, payroll, or data entry experience (internships or part-time experience acceptable)
  • Experience working with confidential information
