Job description:

We're seeking an experienced Transaction & Operations Manager to oversee residential real estate transactions from contract to close across wholesale acquisitions, fix-and-flip projects, and refinance transactions.

This role is ideal for an organized operations professional with experience managing multiple real estate transactions simultaneously while coordinating sellers, buyers, title companies, escrow officers, lenders, contractors, and internal teams.

You'll play a key role in ensuring transactions close on time, renovation projects stay on schedule, and operational processes scale with our growing investment company.

Responsibilities Real Estate Transaction Management

  • Manage wholesale, acquisition, disposition, fix-and-flip, and refinance transactions from contract through closing.
  • Coordinate with title companies, escrow officers, attorneys, lenders, buyers, and sellers.
  • Track contingencies, deadlines, inspections, appraisals, and closing timelines.
  • Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant.
  • Resolve transaction issues quickly to prevent closing delays.

Seller Relations

  • Serve as the primary point of contact throughout each transaction.
  • Maintain consistent communication with sellers and buyers.
  • Handle sensitive conversations professionally while keeping transactions moving forward.

Fix & Flip Operations

  • Coordinate renovation timelines from acquisition through resale.
  • Work with contractors, vendors, inspectors, and project managers.
  • Monitor budgets, project milestones, and completion schedules.
  • Identify risks early and recommend solutions.

Refinance Coordination

  • Manage refinance files from application through funding.
  • Coordinate with lenders, title companies, and appraisers.
  • Ensure all loan conditions are satisfied before closing.

Operations & Reporting

  • Maintain CRM records and transaction files.
  • Track pipeline performance and deal status.
  • Create operational reports for leadership.
  • Recommend process improvements that increase efficiency and scalability.

QualificationsRequired

  • 2+ years of experience in real estate transaction coordination, transaction management, escrow, title, or real estate operations.
  • Experience managing residential real estate transactions from contract to close.
  • Knowledge of wholesale real estate, acquisitions, fix-and-flip projects, or refinance transactions.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Experience using CRM software and transaction management systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.

Preferred

  • Experience working with distressed property sellers.
  • Experience supporting real estate investors.
  • Familiarity with renovation or construction project coordination.
