Job description

EDI / ERP Integration Specialist
The EDI / ERP Integration Specialist is responsible for the end-to-end ownership, support, and continuous improvement of EDI processes within Infor Autorelease, supporting customer demand, shipping, and invoicing transactions. This role serves as the primary subject matter expert (SME) for Autorelease, requiring deep, hands-on knowledge of its internal processing, including requirements, shipping, and ASN workflows.
This individual acts as the key liaison between business stakeholders, trading partners, and technical teams to ensure accurate and timely EDI processing. In addition, this role is critical to ensuring the successful execution of outbound shipments and will provide operational support to resolve issues that may impact customer deliveries.
In this role you will beresponsible for
1. EDI Transaction Monitoring: Monitor and resolve EDI transactions on a daily basis, ensuring their accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
2. Standards and Procedures: Develop and implement EDI standards and procedures to streamline transaction processes.
3. Data Reconciliation: Analyze transaction errors and reconcile data discrepancies, maintaining data integrity.
4. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, supply chain, and business units, to ensure successful EDI implementation.
5. Documentation: Fully document projects, maps, and business processes related to EDI transactions.
6. Projects: Support Customer Onboarding and other improvement projects
7. Support: Shipping Dock support on shipping issues, this will also include being part of an "On Call" rotation
8. Administrative: Security and Audit support
