Our handcrafted, naturally inspired bath, body, and skincare products have earned a loyal following throughout Florida, and we're looking for an energetic Assistant Store Manager who is passionate about leadership, customer service, and developing high-performing teams.

What You'll Do

As Assistant Store Manager, you'll partner with the Store Manager to ensure the store operates efficiently while delivering an exceptional experience for every customer.


Responsibilities

Lead by example through exceptional customer service and product knowledge.

Support daily store operations, including opening, closing, cash management, and inventory control.

Motivate, coach, and develop team members to achieve individual and store sales goals.

Assist onboarding and training new associates.

Help maintain visual merchandising standards that reflect the Naples Soap Company brand.

Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and loss prevention standards.

Foster a positive, collaborative, and accountable work environment.

Step into the Store Manager role when needed.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of retail leadership experience (Assistant Manager, Key Holder, or similar role)

Proven ability to coach, motivate, and develop a successful sales team

Strong customer service and relationship-building skills

Experience achieving sales goals and performance metrics

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused retail environment

Ability to lift up to 30 pounds or higher and stand for extended periods up to 8 hours or possibly longer

Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak retail seasons

Must successfully pass a background screening


Preferred Experience

Experience in specialty retail, beauty, skincare, wellness, boutique, or luxury retail is a plus.
