The Charles Nedder Team is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Client Care Coordinator to help deliver an exceptional experience for our buyers, sellers, and agents.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating organization from complexity, communicating with clients, managing multiple priorities, and ensuring every detail is handled professionally. You'll become an essential part of our operations team, helping transactions move smoothly while providing outstanding service from contract to closing and beyond.

What You'll Do
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for buyers, sellers, and vendors throughout the transaction process.
  • Coordinate client communications and ensure every client receives exceptional service.
  • Prepare and manage contracts, disclosures, and transaction documents.
  • Track important deadlines and ensure all documentation is completed accurately and on time.
