As a Transaction Advisory Senior Associate, you'll work directly with our clients and lead buy/sell-side M&A engagements.

Some Responsibilities Include:
  • Gaining a comprehensive understanding of client operations, processes, and business objectives.
  • Working across multiple projects under tight timeframes.
  • Creating/developing financial data books including ledger-level build-ups, income statement/balance sheet trends, and related sub-schedules.
  • Quality of earnings analysis and reporting, cash proofs, working capital, net debt and other ad-hoc financial analyses.
  • Managing data requests and tracking key issues identified throughout the deal process.
  • Coordinating and leading conference calls and management meetings with clients and target companies.
  • Driving financial due diligence and related reports for clients.
  • Leading discussions with peers, managers, and clients.
  • Participating in industry and community networking events.

Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in business administration - accounting or finance highly preferred.
    • Prior transaction advisory services experience - financial due diligence & quality of earnings analysis/reporting.
    • Advanced knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles.
    • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel modeling.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proven time management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
