About the Position:

Our client is looking to add a Associate to their team within five (5) to eight (8) years of licensing and commercial partnering transactions experience for their growing life sciences technology transactions practice.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Experience representing biotechs and big pharmas as they license patents and collaborate to advance novel therapeutics, vaccines, diagnostic and digital health technologies through clinical trials and toward regulatory (FDA) approval.
  • Have worked closely with founders developing cutting edge technologies and negotiate complex standalone commercial transactions that transform both the technologies and participants.
  • Desire to contribute to both life sciences and broader tech companies.
  • Superior academic credentials, excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills required.
  • WA Bar admission (or eligibility to waive in or take next available WA Bar exam) required.

Compensation: $365,000 - $445,000

The base salary for a role depends on the applicant's qualifications, experience, education, certifications or licenses, and job location. Eligible employees may receive a performance-based discretionary bonus. More information on benefits and bonuses is available upon request.
