The firm operates in a high-growth environment with a focus on roll-ups, life sciences, and physician practice platforms. This role will play a key part in shaping the growth of the firmโ€™s healthcare-focused team.

The Opportunity

Our client is making significant investments in building out its healthcare Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) team and is hiring a Director to lead client delivery and engagement execution.

This is a high-impact leadership role with the opportunity to shape the growth of a healthcare-focused practice. Ideal for candidates who are currently part of a healthcare TAS practice and looking to join a new firm with more accessible growth paths over time.ย 


What You Will Be Doing

  • Lead complex diligence engagements across healthcare deals
  • Manage client relationships and engagement teams
  • Mentor junior staff and drive project execution
  • Serve as a strategic thought partner to PE clients


What Weโ€™re Looking For

  • 10+ years in financial due diligence or transaction services
  • CPA or CFA required
  • Strong project management and executive communication skills
  • Background in healthcare or PE-backed services preferred
  • Ability to lead and execute across multiple concurrent engagements
