  • Receive and communicate with all prospective customers wanting to sell their vehicle to the dealership
    • Text, Call, Email these prospects using dealership systems
  • Present customers with offers on their vehicles
  • Transact the purchase agreement with the customer using formalized paperwork
  • Be or become a NC Notary
  • Appraise and identify values on vehicles
  • Contact private sellers and service customers to prospect for vehicle acquisitions
  • Work closely with management
  • Rate and present prices on extended coverages for customers
  • Computer skills
  • Must be able to communicate most of day with customers and employees
  • Must be self-directing
  • Training provided
