As an IVF Lab Technician, you'll play a hands-on role in embryo production while working alongside experienced professionals in a collaborative laboratory environment. Through our extensive training and mentorship program, you'll develop specialized embryology and IVF skills, making this an exciting opportunity for recent graduates and animal science professionals looking to build a rewarding career in reproductive science.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate, grade, and freeze embryos
  • Prepare fertilization materials and culture plates
  • Fertilization and culture plate preparation
  • Handle and prepare semen for IVF procedures
  • Maintain accurate records and complete data entry
  • Support quality control processes and embryology training

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in animal science or a related field, or Veterinary Technician degree
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time behind a microscope, in a lab setting.
  • Good hand-eye coordination and ability to perform precise laboratory work
  • Strong attention to detail and organization.
  • Knowledge of the cattle industry is preferred. 
  • Works effectively in a team as well as alone.
