The series has a long history dating back to the 1960s and is known for its exciting races on road courses across the United States. Drivers in this series often have backgrounds in various forms of motorsport and may race for established teams or as privateers. Their roles include preparing for races, participating in practice and qualifying sessions, and competing in the main events. The skills required include car control, strategy, teamwork, and the ability to adapt to different track conditions.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Trans Am driver?

To thrive as a Trans Am driver, you need advanced driving skills, a deep understanding of vehicle dynamics, and a racing license from a recognized motorsport authority.
