Senior Caregiver

Job Summary:

As a Senior Caregiver with Seniors Helping Seniors Central Oklahoma, you will be joining a team of compassionate and caring individuals who are dedicated to providing exceptional in-home care services to seniors in Oklahoma City, OK. This is a part-time opportunity to make a difference in the lives of seniors and become part of a supportive and empowering community. As a Senior Caregiver, you will work closely with seniors who need assistance with daily tasks, providing companionship, homemaker, and personal care services.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide companionship and homemaker services, including light housekeeping, shopping, errands, medication reminders, overnight supervision, and incidental transportation

  • Assist with personal care tasks, such as dressing, feeding, showering/bathing, mobility assistance, toileting/incontinence, and memory care

  • Follow detailed instructions to execute our care plan and maintain the highest standards of customer service and professionalism

  • Be proactive and find ways to assist seniors beyond their assigned tasks

  • Provide a supportive and caring environment for seniors to maintain their independence and dignity

Requirements:

  • Previous caregiving experience

  • Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test

  • Valid Driver's License with a reliable vehicle and insurance

  • Enjoy working with seniors and be a caring, empathetic, and compassionate individual

  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain high standards of customer service

  • Maturity to deal effectively with the demands of the job
