Job/Employment Type: Full-Time

Project Scope: HVAC / Facilities Maintenance / Building Systems

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Facilities Maintenance Technician to take ownership of the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of critical HVAC and mechanical systems throughout our facility.

This is a hands-on position for an experienced HVAC service professional who understands how to diagnose problems, perform repairs, and keep building systems operating reliably. You'll work extensively with HVAC equipment, including Trane systems, while also supporting general facility maintenance needs as they arise.

If you have a strong mechanical background, enjoy troubleshooting complex equipment, and take pride in keeping facilities running safely and efficiently, this is an opportunity to put your technical experience to work in a stable, full-time environment.

How You Will Make an Impact

  • Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and installations on HVAC systems and related equipment
  • Diagnose heating, ventilation, and air conditioning system failures and determine appropriate repairs
  • Service and maintain Trane HVAC equipment and other facility mechanical systems
  • Conduct routine inspections to identify equipment issues before they result in downtime or larger repairs
  • Read and interpret schematics, diagrams, and technical documentation to accurately troubleshoot equipment
  • Provide hands-on field service support for HVAC and mechanical issues throughout the facility
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, maintenance, and equipment conditions
  • Assist with general facility maintenance, equipment assembly, and routine repair tasks outside of HVAC when needed
  • Maintain a safe, organized work environment while following established maintenance and safety procedures

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Previous professional experience as an HVAC Service Technician is required
  • Strong hands-on experience servicing, maintaining, and troubleshooting HVAC systems
  • Working knowledge of Trane HVAC units and equipment
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to diagnose and repair equipment issues independently
  • Ability to accurately read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics
  • Experience performing preventive maintenance and equipment inspections
  • Ability to use hand tools, power tools, diagnostic equipment, and HVAC service tools safely
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize multiple maintenance needs
  • Ability to perform the physical requirements associated with HVAC and facility maintenance work

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • Previous facilities maintenance or building maintenance experience
  • Experience with appliance repair and general mechanical equipment maintenance
  • Experience maintaining HVAC systems within commercial, industrial, or large facility environments
  • Broad mechanical knowledge beyond HVAC, with the willingness to assist other areas of the facility when needed

Compensation & Benefits

  • $85,000 โ€“ $100,000 Annual Salary (Based on Experience)
  • Stable, Full-Time Employment
  • Opportunities to Expand Technical and Facilities Maintenance Skills
  • Hands-On Role with a Variety of Mechanical and HVAC Systems
  • Long-Term Career Growth Opportunities

Why Join Our Team?

This position offers experienced HVAC professionals the opportunity to move beyond repetitive service calls and take greater ownership of the systems within a facility. You'll use your HVAC expertise every day while expanding your knowledge across additional building and mechanical systems.

If you're a dependable technician who knows how to troubleshoot, solve problems, and keep critical equipment operating properly, we'd like to hear from you.
