Job description


A well-established mechanical contractor in Houston is hiring a BAS Controls Technician with experience in building automation and direct digital control (DDC) systems.

4+ years of commercial HVAC experience; DDC controls experience strongly preferred

Valid driver's license with clean MVR to operate a company vehicle



Overview: Repair and troubleshoot building automation and DDC systems across commercial facilities. Experience with one or more of the following platforms:

  • Honeywell
  • Johnson Controls Metasys
  • Siemens
  • Allerton
  • Trane Tracer
  • Carrier ComfortLink



Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of commercial HVAC experience; DDC controls experience strongly preferred
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Valid driver's license with clean MVR to operate a company vehicle
  • Universal refrigerant recovery certification required
