    What You'll Do
    • Calibrate sensors and fine-tune control loops to ensure optimal system performance and efficiency.
    • Program, modify, troubleshoot, and maintain Building Management Systems (BMS).
    • Perform system backups, database maintenance, software updates, and related system support.
    • Diagnose and resolve issues involving HVAC controls, building automation systems, and connected devices.
    • Replace, configure, and reprogram sensors, controllers, and other control components as needed.
    • Install, wire, configure, and integrate new control equipment and communication devices.
    • Troubleshoot and repair control wiring, communication networks, and system connectivity issues.
    • Assist with system upgrades, expansions, startups, testing, and commissioning activities.
    • Maintain accurate service documentation, including timesheets, expense reports, and field service reports.
    • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through professional communication, responsive service, and high-quality workmanship.

    Position Requirements
    What we are looking for
    • Hands-on experience with Building Automation Systems (BAS) and HVAC control systems.
    • Strong understanding of electrical systems, control circuits, low-voltage wiring, and IP-based networks.
    • Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, electrical meters, and diagnostic testing equipment.
    • Familiarity with BAS platforms such as Schneider, Tridium, Siemens, Johnson Controls, or Trane.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
    • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
    • Self-motivated and able to prioritize responsibilities while managing multiple projects and service calls.
    • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
    • Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
    • Comfortable working in field environments, including rooftops, ladders, mechanical rooms, and other jobsite conditions.
    • Willingness to travel as needed to support customer sites and service requirements.
    • Technical degree, trade school certification, or equivalent hands-on industry training preferred.
