We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to join our team at 221 Mineral Springs Rd in Owatonna, United States. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our operations, ensuring optimal performance, and driving business growth.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals and objectives
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness
  • Manage and mentor a team of department heads and staff members
  • Analyze financial data, prepare budgets, and make sound financial decisions
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners
