Position Summary
Build and sustain safety leadership capability across the enterprise by developing a structured career architecture, standardizing onboarding, and creating world-class training programs that grow future safety leaders.
Position Details
- Develop and maintain a Safety Competency Model for all levels and roles.
- Serve as custodian of all safety training programs ensuring alignment with enterprise standards.
- Grow Human & Organizational Performance (HOP) capability.
- Standardize onboarding and build career pathways for safety professionals.
- Partner with HR on succession plans and leadership pipelines.
- Support onboarding of regional safety leaders with mentoring and structured development.
- Design Foreman/General Foreman/PM/PE Leadership Curriculum.
- Build engineering hazard-awareness training.
- Provide governance oversight for regional safety training programs.
- Lead Safety Leadership Summits and enterprise capability events.
- Develop mentorship program connecting emerging leaders with senior experts.
Qualifications
- Proven background in leadership development or organizational learning.
- Experience designing structured training programs.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and HOP.
- Ability to partner with HR, Talent, Operations, and Safety Governance.
