These programmes can be delivered in various formats, such as workshops, seminars, online courses, or on-the-job training. The main goal is to enhance employee performance, support professional development, and ensure that staff are equipped to meet the demands of their roles. Training programmes can be tailored to individual, departmental, or organizational needs.
