What is a training programme?

POSITION PURPOSE
The Program & Training Manager is responsible for the end-to-end design, delivery, and continuous evolution of leadership development programs, including BAC's BOLD (BAC Operations Leadership Development) program-the organization's flagship operations leadership development experience. • High degree of organizational effectiveness, judgment, and adaptability.
  • Thinks Systems, Not Just Tasks: Understands how a single training module impacts the wider organizational ecosystem.
