Are you passionate about helping others learn, grow, and succeed? Welcome House is looking for an energetic and organized Training Coordinator to lead employee training and onboarding initiatives that support our mission of empowering individuals with developmental disabilities.
In this dynamic role, you'll coordinate and deliver engaging training programs, guide new hires through onboarding, track certifications and compliance requirements, and partner with agency leaders to ensure our team has the tools they need to thrive. You'll teach both in-person and virtual classes, develop training materials, and play a key role in staff development across the organization.
What We're Looking For
Strong presentation and communication skills
Experience in training, staff development, education, or leadership roles
Excellent organizational and technology skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
CPR Trainer certification (or ability to obtain within 60 days)
Experience in the developmental disabilities field is a plus
Valid driver's license with a good driving record
