Certified CDJR Master Technician / Shop Foreman

Secret City CDJR – Oak Ridge, TN

Pay

  • Up to $150,000+ per year
  • Guaranteed $4,000 per pay period for first 6 months
  • Flat rate after 6 months
  • Bonus opportunities

Position

We are hiring a Certified CDJR Master Technician for a working Shop Foreman role.

You will lead the shop, assist with diagnostics, manage workflow, and continue to turn hours at a high level.

What You’ll Do

  • Dispatch and manage Repair Orders (ROs)
  • Monitor WIP and shop workflow
  • Assist technicians with diagnostics and problem jobs
  • Track productivity and maintain efficiency
  • Perform final quality checks on completed vehicles
  • Lead daily shop meetings and support the team

Requirements

  • Certified CDJR Master Tech (Required)
  • Strong diagnostic skills
  • Prior leadership or foreman experience preferred
  • High producer in a flat rate environment
  • Valid driver’s license
