Job description

Sr. Systems Analyst, Hospitality

Work Mode: Onsite

Location: Onsite 5 – Kohler, Wisconsin

Opportunity

The Sr Systems Analyst, Hospitality is responsible for leading the IT support organization across
Kohler’s Hospitality division. This role ensures the reliable operation, maintenance, and
continuous improvement of technology systems and services that support day-to-day business
functions. The position focuses on service delivery, incident and problem management, team
supervision, operational excellence, and continuous service improvement in alignment with
guest experience and business needs.

Specific Responsibilities 

1. Operational Leadership

  • Champion a customer-centric support culture focused on responsiveness, empathy,
    and proactive issue resolution.
  • Oversee daily IT operations and support services across all hospitality properties.
  • Ensure timely resolution of technical issues and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Supervise System Analysts and Service Desk personnel, including staffing, training,
    and performance management.
  • Maintain and enforce IT operational policies, procedures, and standards.

2. Systems Support & Maintenance

  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure systems are maintained,
    patched, and updated.
  • Monitor system performance and availability, implementing improvements where
    necessary.
  • Support property-level systems including PMS, POS, CRM, and other hospitality specific platforms.

3. Project Execution

  • Lead or support technical implementation of new systems and upgrades in
    collaboration with Project Management Team, vendors, and business stakeholders.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with operational
    needs.

4. Collaboration & Communication

  • Serve as the primary liaison between IT operations and property-level leadership.
  • Collaborate with enterprise IT teams to ensure alignment with broader infrastructure
    and security standards.
  • Provide regular reporting on operational metrics, incidents, and service levels

Skills/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in IT operations or support, preferably in hospitality or multi-site environments.
  • Proven leadership experience managing technical teams and service delivery.
  • Strong understanding of hospitality systems and operational workflows.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus/variable incentive compensation.
