Job Summary: 
As the Hospitality Director at Chick-fil-A Woodbury, MN, you will play a vital role in leading our team to deliver exceptional service and create memorable dining experiences for every guest. You will coach and develop team leaders and members, particularly those responsible for the front counter and dining room operations, to uphold the highest standards of hospitality and service. This position offers a rewarding opportunity for those who are passionate about customer service, leadership, and making a positive impact on both team members and guests.
 
Position Type: Full-Time
Pay Type: $23/Hr -$25/Hr

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a hospitality and service subject matter expert
  • Ensure a remarkable dining experience for all guests by fostering a welcoming and efficient atmosphere.
  • Set team goals, share scores visually, and celebrate accomplishments 
  • Develop efficient front-of-house processes and procedures and effectively communicate them with the team
  • Partner with leadership team to ensure team members are properly trained on Chick-fil-A’s hospitality models (CORE 4, 2nd Mile Service, Guest Recovery)
  • Provide feedback and coaching to front-of-house team members and leaders
  • Address and respond to customer comments (CARES) within 24 hours
