Job description

Job Overview:
Responsibilities:
  • Continually input training modules/materials, assign employees to trainings, track completion, and maintain updates in LMS / CMS in a detailed, solutions-oriented, and accuracy-focused manner
  • Coordinate trainings by communicating with trainers and employees, creating and sending invites, reserving rooms or creating Zoom links, connecting to Zoom rooms, etc.
  • Maintain L&D email inbox / calendar and communicate with various groups, both internal and external, about training needs and other resources
  • Develop and proofread accurate reports
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders
  • Support onsite personnel by answering questions, providing technological assistance, assisting with training enrollment, directing towards various sources of information, etc.
  • Use email, meetings, phone calls, Teams, text, etc. to communicate with remote site teams, corporate departments, our parent corporation, other business units, etc. about upcoming trainings, L&D needs, training completions, department initiatives, etc.
  • Obtain rosters /employee information from sites, departments, etc. for trainings and cross-reference multiple sources for accuracy
  • Assemble training materials based on developed trainings (such as role-related binders, booklets of translated materials, training guides, employee content guides, etc.)
  • Track site needs for training-related materials, order materials, and track delivery of materials to job sites and to our corporate office
  • Assist with developing training materials, acquiring feedback, copy writing, creating knowledge checks, guiding departments in the training development process, quality control of materials, and other training-related tasks
  • Facilitate presentations for the L&D group when needed
  • Assist with classroom setup / breakdown at our Aurora and Dove Valley offices
  • Collaborate with site teams and office departments to ensure success of L&D team tasks & initiatives and company objectives, including evaluation of training programs
  • Double check all LMS content / tracking, rosters, reports, coordinated trainings, company communications, etc. to ensure accuracy
  • Assist with other tasks as assigned

Required Qualifications:
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects at once
  • Strong computer and technology skills
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook (or similar software)
  • Ability to operate accurately and autonomously on both independent and collaborative projects
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable learning/navigating online databases
  • Working independently, navigating challenges, and adapting to new tasks & responsibilities
  • Excellent skills in time management, problem-solving, critical thinking, and collaboration
  • Excellent verbal & written communication that is clear, concise, and error-free
  • Comfortable presenting information in front of groups
  • Desire to learn and excel in position and to support team
  • Proactive approach to tasks and problem-solving
  • Ability to assist with training setup and help others with training / information requests
  • Ability to travel to Aurora and Dove Valley in order to set up trainings and/or materials
  • Openness to feedback and learning in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly enthusiastic and enjoys working with other people

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Degree in Business/Administration, Education, Communications, Computer Science, or related field
  • Previous experience in LMS/CMS management, training, programming, office administration, computer science, education, or related field
  • Moderate to Advanced Microsoft Excel
  • Competence in creating assessments that directly align to objectives / key skills
  • Proficient in capturing and editing videos
  • Familiarity with utility-scale solar PV / BESS or general construction
  • Proficient in Spanish and/or Haitian C

Pay Equity:
$55,000-$70,000
