F45 Trainer – F45 Boerum Hill
Bring the energy. Build the community. Change lives, 45 minutes at a time.
Picture this: the lights are low, the music's up, and forty people who were dragging themselves through their day an
hour ago are now high-fiving each other mid-burpee because YOU made it happen. That's a Monday at F45 Boerum Hill.
We're looking for a Trainer who doesn't just run a class — who owns the room, reads the energy, and leaves every member
counting down the days until their next session.
Why You'll Love It Here
• Free F45 membership — walk the talk
• Certification support and continued education, on us
• Professional growth
• Sauna and recovery services, because we practice what we preach
• A tight-knit team that will genuinely have your back
Position Type:
Part-time, with flexible early-morning, midday, and evening shifts — built to fit around your life, not
the other way around.
What You'll Actually Be Doing
• Lead F45's team-based HIIT classes and make every member feel like the workout was designed just for them
• Set the tone — high energy in, high energy out — from the first rep to the last
• Coach real form, real safety, real results for every fitness level in the room
• Turn first-timers into regulars and regulars into your biggest fans
• Keep the studio running like clockwork — equipment set up, broken down, and ready to go
• Stay sharp on evolving F45 programming and keep leveling up your own coaching craft
• Be the reason someone's day got better
What You Bring
• A nationally accredited personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or equivalent)
• F45 certification is a big plus — or you're ready to earn it
• CPR/AED certified, or willing to get certified
• Group fitness or HIIT coaching experience — you know how to work a room
• Big energy, bigger heart, and a genuine love for helping people become their best selves
You're Our Person If You:
• Light up a room and can't help but bring people along with you
• Live for the high-fives, the PRs, and the community that forms around a shared 6am wake-up call
• Want flexible, part-time hours with real room to grow
• Are ready to be part of something bigger than a workout
Ready to bring the energy? We'd love to meet you.
