The Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled RN/LPN Staff Development Coordinator to lead education and training efforts within our facility. In this critical role, you will support the hiring and onboarding process, provide continuing education to nursing staff, and play a key role in ensuring our team members are confident, compliant, and compassionate in their care.

What You Will Do

  • Assist with the hiring and onboarding of new staff

  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver orientation, ongoing education and training for all team members

  • Ensure staff competencies are maintained through in-service programs and skills assessments

  • Collaborate with department leaders to identify and address educational needs

  • Maintain training records and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations

  • Support the Director of Nursing and leadership team with other assigned duties

  • Other duties as assigned

What You Must Have

  • Active RN/LPN License in good standing

  • Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings preferred
