Job description

Responsibilities and Duties
We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to deliver projects on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Construction Superintendent plays a key role in the project team and is supported with the resources necessary for success.
Responsibilities include:
· Overseeing all phases of construction projects
· Collaborating with the Project Manager to resolve constructability issues and scope gaps
· Participating in final reviews of project scope and schedule
· Ensuring compliance with owner, landlord, and regulatory requirements to prevent delays and maintain safety
· Managing daily field operations, including site safety, quality control, progress tracking, and site cleanliness
· Maintaining accurate and current project schedules in coordination with the Project Manager
· Understanding and anticipating client needs to consistently exceed expectations
· Communicating effectively with project teams regarding changes, job conditions, and subcontractor coordination
· Fostering positive, professional relationships with subcontractors and vendors
· Managing the punch list process to ensure timely completion
· Participating in company training initiatives and mentoring assistant superintendents
Qualifications and Skills
· 10+ years of experience in the construction industry, including new construction
· Experience with self-storage projects
· Demonstrated ability to meet project deadlines
· Strong knowledge of construction safety standards and regulations
· Proven experience leading, training, and developing teams
· Proficiency with construction-related technology
· Ability to support a growing organization and manage complex project execution
