2. Prepares computer work orders;
3. Works with site staff to keep student registration and attendance software working;
4. Monitors site computers to maintain operational performance;
5. Installs computer software and insures that software licenses are valid;
6. Coordinates training of student and other staff training on computers and networks;
7. Troubleshoots Macintosh and Wintel computer systems, hardware and software;
8. Notifies District technicians of network or server hardware problems;
9. Insure security of site data;
10. Installs new computers, memory, printers etc. and coordinates naming and I/P numbering schemas;
11. Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities include oversight of site computer repair, software distribution and computer training. This is a "hands-on" position and requires ability to install software and make computers functional. Actual repair of hardware will be done by District repair technicians.
