We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Enablement Associate to support our Growth Enablement team, reporting under our revenue organization. This is a hands-on role at the center of how our sellers and solution architects learn, practice, and execute.
You will help manage the infrastructure that keeps our enablement programs running - from generating programs and content to make our sellers more productive, maintaining our seller onboarding & enablement platform, managing our internal sales hub to coordinating cross-functional stakeholders around strategic program.
About the role
Content Management for our Growth Team
  • Curate, organize and edit content that our sellers will use for their internal learning and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Mission Operations team, and internal technical subject matter experts to create new content based on seller needs
  • Run regular content audits to archive or remove stale materials
  • Build & maintain sales teams internal hub: build new pages with program launches, keep existing pages current
  • Organize content by role and sales stage so sellers can find what they need quickly
Sales Learning Platform and Programs
  • Develop new learning paths ideas for increasing sales team competencies based on knowledge retention principles
  • Upload and organize content by role, topic, and learning path for our sellers, and manage course assignments
  • QA all content for formatting, broken links, and accuracy following product updates
Internal Program Logistics & Coordination
  • Maintain sales enablement calendar with our executive admins - training sessions, bootcamps, skill drills, etc.
  • Manage new hire bootcamp logistics: agenda, materials prep, pre-work distribution, and post-session surveys
  • Manage scheduling with external facilitators and cross-functional contributors
  • Collaborate with Sales and Mission Operations leadership, HD and individual contributors to communicate themes, progress and recommendations for continuous improvement
We're looking for someone with
  • Relevant Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Operational Experience: Background in project coordination, product or content management, operations, or learning & development - academic or professional.
  • Tool Fluency: Proficient in AI tools for productivity, and comfortable learning new software quickly.
  • A Knack for Organization: You build systems, not workarounds - nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Strong Communication Skills: You pick up new tools quickly and ask questions when you don't know something.
  • High Attention to Detail: You notice when something is off, and you fix it.
  • A Self-Starter Mentality: You don't wait to be told what needs doing.

Compensation
The base pay range for this role is $97,000 - $115,000 per year.
