Schedule:Mon-Fri 8:30am-4:30pm

The Sr. Training Associate provides technical and administrative support for the PRD, First Aid/CPR, and NEO training; video conference coordination; and department billing. The Sr. Training Associate also provides support to other Training Department functions including database management, internal and external reports, participation in VTC team projects, and website accuracy
  • Manages interdepartmental data systems necessary to track requiredmanager course attendance and recruitment, asrequested by Director. Prepares andmaintains accurate reportsfor distribution.
  • Assistsin the construction and maintenance of trainingmaterials asrequested by the Director, includingNew EmployeeOrientation, PRD courses, First Aid/CPR, and Annual Refresher.
  • SupportsNew EmployeeOrientation functions and communicationsweekly.
  • Assists with room arrangements including seating,materials, video conferencing,teleconferencing, and otherspecifications, asrequired.
  • Manages and coordinatesremote and regionaltrainings, including distributionof materials, enrollment,technology,rosters, database entries, and reports.
  • Assists in the management of identification card processing and associatedtechnology forface to face and remote production of all Vinfen employee ID cards.
  • Develops monthly calendars with TrainingDepartmentstaff, assuring that data inputsto LMS and IT web postings are accurate and currentfor all central and regional eventsfor all divisions and departments at Vinfen.
  • Manages ongoing changesto the VTC webpage including trainee profiles, calendar updates, and information on certifications, as needed
  • Performs other related duties, as required
