Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Part-Time and Full-Time Positions Available

Location: Oak Knoll Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, Framingham, Massachusetts

Schedule: Full-Time & Part-Time Positions Available

Position Summary:

Join our caring team at Oak Knoll Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our residents. You'll provide essential personal care and support to residents under the direction of licensed nursing staff, all while working in a supportive and team-oriented environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, ambulating, etc.)

  • Observe and report changes in residents' conditions

  • Assist with feeding and meal documentation

  • Maintain clean, safe, and orderly resident environments

  • Support infection control and safety practices

  • Attend staff meetings and participate in ongoing training

  • Assist with equipment use and report any malfunctions

  • Provide orientation support to new CNAs

Requirements:

  • Current CNA Certification in Massachusetts

  • Clean ASI registry check

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and standing

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Ability to work scheduled shifts and manage emotional and physical stress

  • Compassionate, dependable, and respectful toward residents and staff

Preferred:

  • Previous CNA experience (not required—we'll train the right candidates!)
