Entarian is seeking a qualified Senior Training Coordinator to support Product Manager (PdM) Multi-Mission Surveillance Systems (M2S2).

The Training Coordinator is an integral team member of the PdM M2S2 program office team and serves as a primary subject matter expert and support for Radar Systems Field Services to include but not limited to Operating, Fielding, Training, Maintenance, and Sustainment of the PM Radars family of systems (AN/TPQ-50 and AN/TPQ-53 Radars). The ideal candidate will be a pro-active, energetic, assertive individual willing to exceed the customer’s expectations within the scope and performance of contract requirements.

Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

  • Coordinate Trainers to conduct New Equipment Training (NET) as well as ensuring their knowledge of all systems
  • Develop and or maintain the cohesiveness of the staff in support of the customer
  • Must be detailed oriented to ensure proper accountability of the GFE equipment
  • Coordinate with Site Lead and/or unit for Training events
  • Coordinate all training events with Government Training Team Manager
  • Manage training mission tracker and assign trainers to support missions
  • Develop and maintain a structured process to impart knowledge through teaching and learning to enable and enhance the instructor’s ability to perform in all situations
  • Assist the Training Development section with revising/updating Training Support Packages, Lesson Plans and Instructor Guides
  • Maintain training database, tracking all training conducted
  • Attend various meetings with the PM and PdM leadership and be prepared to brief instructor status
  • Observe and evaluate instructors during missions

Salary range: $125,000.00 - $142,000.00


  • Must be a US citizen and possess an active Top Secret level security clearance
  • Bachelor's degree and Master's degree (Additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree)
  • Minimum 15 years of training experience on Radar systems for a DoD Program Office
  • Manages New Equipment Training (NET) for over 500 radar systems
  • Serve as the Training Lead for the Program for all senior level briefings
  • Maintains the Learning Management System and all training records for over 1000 soldiers
  • Have a valid US Driver’s License and possess a valid US Passport
  • Individual must be a self-starter with the ability to function autonomously, possibly in austere locations, with little or no direct supervision
  • Communicate clearly and accurately (both verbally and in writing) complex thoughts and ideas
  • Willing to participate in PdM M2S2 Cross-Training to become proficient at Fielding, Training and Operational Maintenance across the family of Radars Systems as SME on Primary System and as an assistant on a Secondary System
  • Knowledge and understanding of radar theory, radar design, field testing, and electro-mechanical maintenance analysis, including troubleshooting, fault isolation, repair/replace techniques, and documentation.
  • Demonstrated ability to read, interpret, and follow schematics
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite
  • Must be able to lift and/or move 50 pounds or more unassisted
