Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fitness and wellness, with a strong background in program design and personal training. This role involves developing and delivering training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our staff, ensuring they provide exceptional service to our clients. The Trainer will play a crucial role in fostering a culture of health and fitness within our organization.
Duties

  • Design and implement comprehensive training programs tailored to various fitness levels and goals.
  • Conduct engaging training sessions for staff on topics such as anatomy, physiology, group fitness, and personal training techniques.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance assessments.
  • Collaborate with management to identify training needs and develop strategies for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new methodologies in fitness training.
  • Provide ongoing support and mentorship to staff members to enhance their skills in sales, health club operations, and client engagement.
  • Assist in organizing workshops or seminars that promote professional development within the team.
Experience

  • Proven experience in personal training or fitness coaching, with a strong understanding of anatomy and physiology.
  • Background in program design for fitness-related activities is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with health club operations and fitness sales techniques.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Work Environment:
