  • Training Governance & Performance Tracking — Own training KPIs including Training Material Readiness/Completion, onboarding completion rates, certification readiness, and training effectiveness metrics; report into governance cadences across all four delivery phases.
  • Continuous Improvement & Knowledge Retention — Refine training programs based on operational feedback, quality outcomes, and performance metrics; baseline training effectiveness by role/shift; optimize via retraining and upskilling programs.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in training and development management within manufacturing, data center, or industrial operations environment
  • Proven experience standing up training organizations for greenfield or high-volume ramp operations (500+ personnel)
  • Deep knowledge of manufacturing safety training programs (OSHA 10/30, NFPA 70E, LOTO, Crane/Rigging, Forklift, etc.)
  • Experience with LMS platforms (ToolingU, TPC, or equivalent), instructional design methodologies, and competency-based training models
  • Six Sigma or Lean certification preferred; experience integrating training outcomes with production performance metrics
  • Strong curriculum development skills with experience creating role-based, function-specific training modules
