Job description

Summary:

The SKS Product Trainer is responsible for delivering in-depth product knowledge to showroom guests, including sales associates, designers, architects, builders, and luxury homeowners. This role enhances understanding of SKS products to improve consultative selling skills and ensures operational excellence in SKS showrooms. The position collaborates closely with the National Training Manager and the onsite showroom team to provide a best-in-class experience for all guests, fostering a positive team environment and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Directly report to the Showroom Manager with a dotted line to the National Training Manager.
  • Develop and maintain curriculum for SKS/LG products used at all SKS Experience & Design Centers/Showrooms.
  • Deliver product presentations and ensure proper display onsite.
  • Coordinate the implementation of surveys and regularly report survey results for all trainings and events.
  • Communicate effectively with showroom guests and internal sales and showroom teams to steward agendas and manage group events onsite.
  • Ensure setup of necessary materials for trainings and events, including brand and product collateral to supplement training.
  • Manage product assets onsite, including new product installations, and work with the product team to align showroom products with the training curriculum.
  • Represent the luxury brand appropriately in tone and manner for SKS brand representation.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury appliances.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital training tools for dynamic audience engagement.
