About the Role
We’re looking for a driven and dependable Manager Trainee to join our team and learn the ins and outs of running a successful convenience store. This is a hands-on role designed to prepare you for future leadership, with training in operations, customer service, inventory, and team management.
What You’ll Learn amp; Do
As a Manager Trainee, you’ll work closely with Store Managers, Assistant Managers, and District Leaders to gain the skills needed to eventually manage your own store.
Key Responsibilities
Learn daily store operations including opening/closing procedures
Assist with supervising staff and maintaining shift schedules
Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues professionally
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and vendor check-ins
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and ABC regulations
Handle cash, deposits, and POS system operations
Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards
Participate in training programs

Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
