Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Support the planning and delivery of Netflix's FIFA Women's World Cup Brazil 2027 coverage by coordinating production teams, developing show formats and content, managing talent and staffing, overseeing timelines, and collaborating with creative, technical and commercial teams on sponsorship and broadcast elements.

  • Participate and collaborate with Netflix and IMG internal groups on all planning and preparation related to the production of the FIFA Women's World Cup Brazil 2027.

  • With the support of IMG & Executive Producers, identify and oversee the hiring of production personnel, including directors, producers, associate producers, and other PCR functional roles for Spanish Language execution.

  • With EP, develop the overall vision for coverage, the creation of show rundowns/format and inclusion of sales and innovation elements.

  • Collaborate with GFX, Design, Tech & Music teams to help develop, create and deliver match/show elements.

  • Work with EP and Ad Sales teams to identify and help create premium matches and show sponsorships, brand integration and other content features.

  • Lead Spanish Language Production and Content teams during the execution of the tournament.

  • Manage timelines and other milestones, prepare updates and reports as needed.

Knowledge and Experience

  • Management-level experience in both features production and daily edit element production

  • Understanding of production budgets.

  • Experience of dealing with Talent (e.g. commentators, voice over artists)

  • Experience of scheduling tools.

  • Understanding of Production Workflows.

  • Experience managing teams with focus on organization, communication, and consistency

Skills and Abilities

  • Strong understanding of post-production trends in technology, style, and more

  • Excellent collaborative and communication skills

  • Poise in time-sensitive and quick-turnaround environments

  • Ability to determine worthy content that breaks through the noise

  • Ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks and take ownership of your workload

  • Exceptional storytelling skills and creativity to produce content that resonates with fans

  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing narratives and events during live sports coverage

  • Ability to establish and communicate priorities to internal & external teams

Working Conditions

  • Travel may be required for on-site production or event coverage.

  • DOILS will be given for days worked in addition to usual working pattern
