Irrigation Service Technician

Who we are

Elkhorn Lawn Care is a commercial landscaping company operating across six divisions — and we run differently than most. Our technicians use GPS-tracked trucks, Aspire digital job scheduling, client portals, and field reporting tools. You'll always know what you're doing, where you're going, and what's expected — because our systems tell you before anyone has to call you. We're building a team that takes pride in showing up equipped and professional.

What you'll do

• Service, troubleshoot, and repair commercial irrigation systems
• Hit clear, season-specific productivity targets — service routes average 8 stops/day, winterization routes reach 20–25 stops/day, with daily revenue goals ranging from $1,650–$2,500 depending on season
• Use your iPad to clock in/out of every job, document work, and submit property issues through Aspire
• Flag maintenance, hardscape, and softscape issues on every property you visit — your eyes in the field generate revenue for the whole company
• Transition into the snow operations team in winter — no seasonal layoff
• Build client trust — you'll be their point of contact in the field
• Earn commission and bonuses when you hit production and sales targets

Trainee track

No experience required. We hire attitude, train skill. You'll learn the ELC way from day one.

Experienced track

Irrigation install or service background? We'll move you into a service role and retrain around our standards.
