Structural Fitter Trainer (Shipbuilding) Location: Goose Creek, SC Position Type: Full-Time | Multiple Shifts Available Relocation Assistance: Available Travel: None Work Authorization: U.S. Citizenship Required Position Overview HTI is seeking a Structural Fitter Trainer to support a leading shipbuilding operation in the Charleston area. This role is responsible for training and developing structural fitters in a high-volume production environment, ensuring employees are proficient in shipfitting techniques, safety standards, and quality requirements. This is a hands-on training role, ideal for a senior structural fitter, lead, or supervisor who is ready to transition into training or has prior instructor experience.
