About Us:
We are passionate about helping organizations manage their most important asset-their people. Our cutting-edge Human Capital Management (HCM) software supports businesses across the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and payroll. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a dynamic individual with deep expertise in UKG Ready and multi-state payroll and time tracking to help us demonstrate the value of our platform and ensure client success through effective training.

We are seeking a dynamic, client-focused, and strategically minded Software Demo & Client Training Specialist to join our team. Extensive experience with UKG Ready is a core requirement for this role. You must also bring a strong understanding of multi-state payroll and time tracking workflows, as these will be central to the demos, onboarding, and support you provide.
In this role, you will showcase our HCM software solutions to prospective clients and ensure customers are set up for long-term success through comprehensive onboarding and training. • Clearly articulate product capabilities in payroll and time modules, including multi-state compliance, scheduling, and accruals.
  • Address functional and technical questions with authority and accuracy.

Client Training:
  • Design and conduct training sessions, particularly on UKG Ready's payroll, time, and attendance modules.
  • Facilitate onboarding for new clients and provide ongoing education through webinars and one-on-one support.
  • Offer expert guidance on multi-state payroll compliance, setup, and usage.

Content Development:
  • Collaborate across teams to create updated training materials aligned with UKG Ready's evolving features.

Client Support & Feedback:

  • Provide strategic recommendations and help optimize their use of UKG Ready.

Requirements
  • UKG Ready experience is required. You must have hands-on expertise configuring, training, and supporting clients within the UKG Ready platform.
  • Experience with multi-state payroll and time tracking is mandatory. Deep understanding of compliance, pay rules, and scheduling is critical.
  • 2-4 years of experience in software training, client onboarding, or solution consulting, preferably in SaaS or HCM.
  • Strong understanding of core HR, payroll, and compliance processes.
  • Assess prospective clients' unique business needs and tailor software demonstrations to effectively highlight relevant features and maximize impact.
  • Exceptional presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable delivering live product demos and Q&A sessions.
  • Able to explain technical functionality in a way that drives business value.
  • Familiar with remote training tools (Zoom, MS Teams) and learning management systems (LMS).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple training engagements.
