Registered Nurse - Clinical Director - Woburn, MA Company Overview New England Home Health Services is a family-owned and operated home health agency with over 30 years of experience in providing professional and compassionate nursing care. We're looking for a Clinical Manager to join our team who has graduated from an accredited school of nursing and is licensed in the state of Massachusetts. Competitive Hourly Pay $45.67/hour to $48.92/hour based on experience Qualifications Current and unencumbered RN licensure Must have at a minimum, two (2) years of experience as a supervisor in a hospital, home health care setting, nursing care facility, or other related health care facility

Strong leadership skills Current CPR Valid Driver's license Benefits package Health Insurance 401(K) Sick/Earned Time Life Insurance Illness Insurance Pet Insurance Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Participates in developing standards that ensure safe and therapeutically effective service to clients and families. Has joint responsibility with the Administrator for seeing that standards are met. Responsible for orientation and ongoing support and education of clinical personnel.

Upholding and implementing all company, federal and state policies and procedures. Responsible for developing, maintaining, and implementing the standards of nursing practice policies and procedures. Overseeing clinical operations, client safety and care and providing ongoing support to clients.

Overseeing start-of-care admissions, recertifications, supervisory visits and clinical documentation. Responsible for conducting and submitting OASIS assessments according to policies and procedures. Overseeing clinical PIPS and QAPI with the Office Manager.

Overseeing emergency preparedness with the Office Manager. Responsible for participating in management team meetings. Responsible for evaluations of clinical personnel.
