Are you a compassionate and experienced RN with a passion for leadership and quality care? Northeast Arc-Clinical Services is seeking a Clinical Manager to oversee and support our dedicated clinical team. This is a dynamic role for a skilled clinician who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to delivering exceptional patient outcomes at home.
What You'll Do:
  • Lead and mentor a team of nurses, ensuring high-quality care and compliance with regulations.
  • Collaborate with the Clinical Director and fellow managers to optimize staffing and patient care.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, families, and physicians.
  • Oversee clinical documentation, care plans, and assessments (OASIS, 485s, etc.).
  • Participate in QAPI initiatives and staff education.
  • Provide on-call support and respond to incidents and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
What We're Looking For:
  • Licensed RN in Massachusetts with 3+ years of nursing experience, familiar with Continuous Skill Nursing (private duty nursing).
  • Proven leadership or case management experience.
  • Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with electronic health records and software applications.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally.
