Job description

Warehouse Associate – Salt Lake City, UT

You'll be a key player in our warehouse team, helping to move, manage, and deliver products efficiently and safely. Whether you're loading trailers, picking orders, or leading associates, you'll work in a fast-paced, multi-temperature environment, focused on accuracy, teamwork, and safety. Your efforts keep our supply chain flowing smoothly — from receiving goods, staging inventory, to shipping orders out on time - in a Part Time Role.

In This Role You'll:

All Associates:

  • Safely operate material handling equipment: pallet jacks and forklifts (certification required for forklift)
  • Inspect incoming/outgoing shipments and verify accuracy of orders and product quality
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with company standards
  • Use warehouse technology (RF scanners, inventory systems) to track orders and inventory
  • Follow all QIP and sanitation policies and safety protocols

Selector (Picker) Specific:

  • Accurately pick, lift, and place products to build pallets per customer orders
  • Operate forklifts/pallet jacks safely in high-traffic warehouse areas
  • Visually inspect and verify all incoming/outgoing product
  • Maintain safety, productivity, and cleanliness standards at all times Read labels, count product, and complete order paperwork Support team with cleaning and additional duties as needed

What You'll Bring

All Associates:

  • Comfort working in varying temperatures including freezer and cooler environments
  • Strong attention to detail, teamwork skills, and commitment to safety
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
  • Experience with warehouse management systems and handheld scanners preferred

Selector (Picker) Specific:

  • Valid forklift certification and 6+ months of safe equipment operation
  • Strong reading/math skills for labeling, counting, and documentation
  • Use a voice-directed picking system (Vo Collect headset) to accurately select and prepare customer orders

Schedule & Setting:

  • Shifts: 6:00AM – 4:30PM 2x a week totaling 20 hrs until Sept 2026.
  • Part Time, on-site in a temperature-controlled warehouse (dry, cooler freezer: -5 °F to 38 °F)
  • Mon/Tues schedule: Primarily a 2-day work week, with potential for full time transition
  • Physically active role with repetitive lifting up to 50 lbs and standing/walking for extended periods

Pay & Benefits:

  • $21.42/hour
  • Weekly pay (every Friday)
