Job Description

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associates to support daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment while maintaining high standards of safety, organization, and productivity. You work with scanners and material handling equipment to ensure orders are processed efficiently and correctly.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick products based on order sheets or RF scanner instructions
• Pack items securely and efficiently to prepare them for shipment
• Label, organize, and stage orders for outbound delivery
• Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including unloading and processing incoming goods
• Support warehouse inventory tasks such as counting, organizing, and restocking products
• Use pallet jacks and other material handling tools to move products safely within the warehouse
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times
• Follow all company safety procedures, guidelines, and best practices
• Meet or exceed daily productivity and accuracy standards for picking and packing
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and on-time order fulfillment

Essential Skills

• Experience with order picking and packing in a warehouse or similar environment
• Proficiency using RF scanners or similar handheld devices to locate and process orders
• Ability to perform shipping and receiving tasks, including labeling and staging orders
• Knowledge of basic inventory practices and warehouse organization
• Capability to use pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate order selection and packaging
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse setting
• Commitment to following safety procedures and maintaining a safe work environment
• Reliability and punctuality with the ability to meet established productivity goals

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience with warehouse inventory systems or scanning technology
• Comfort working with packaging materials and preparing items for shipment
• Ability to multitask and prioritize orders based on shipping timelines
• Strong organizational skills to maintain orderly staging and storage areas
• Willingness to learn new warehouse processes and adapt to changing priorities

Work Environment

This position is based in a fast-paced warehouse environment with a rotating schedule from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., including required weekend availability. You spend most of the day on your feet, moving between picking locations, packing stations, and staging areas. You regularly use RF scanners, pallet jacks, and other material handling tools to process orders and manage inventory. The facility emphasizes cleanliness, organization, and safety, with clear procedures in place to support secure handling of products and equipment. Dress is practical and appropriate for warehouse work, typically including comfortable clothing and closed-toe footwear suitable for an active, hands-on role.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Draper, UT.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
